HOW TO USE THE LEARN FUNCTION

1. Put LEARN switch in the SR RECALL position.
2. Set MODE switch to the desired made.
@) Sets LEARN switch to SR RECALL.
@ Sets MODE switch to the desired mode.
3. Press the operation button.
Refer to pages 54 — 64 for details of button functions.
NOTE:
* When using a programmed button, the LEARN switch should be in
the USE position. in another position it will not operate.
«@ When 2 buttons must be pressed at the same time (when recording,
for example) or when a multiple code transmission function is
employed (for example Auto Function, VCR timer setting, etc.), the
method differs and can lead to faulty operation.
TRANSMIT/LEARN
HOW TO RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL
CONDITION
At times when the Learn Memory is fult or the indicator flashes when
trying to operate the Learn function etc.
1. Put LEARN switch in the LEARN position.
2. Press any operation button and TRANSMIT/LEARN indicator will
light.
3. Press M.CLR button with the tip of a batt-point pen etc. to clear
the memory
when
TRANSMIT/LEARN
indicator
is flashing.
Continue pressing until the indicator goes out.
* Do not press too hard.
« The contents of the memory are completely cleared, returning to
the original condition (Pioneer unified remote contro! code}.

REMARQUE:
* Lors de f'utilisation d'une touche programmée, le commutateur LEARN
doit étre réglé sur la position USE. Il ne fonctionne pas sur une autre
position,
* Lorsque 2 touches doivent étre enfoncées en méme temps {lors d'un
enregistrement, par exemple) ou lorsqu'une fonction de transmission
4 code multiple {par exemple fonction automatique, réglage de la
minuterie d'un magnétoscope,
etc.), fa méthode différe et le
fonetionnement peut étre défectueux.

Quand
la mémoire
de transfert
est
pleine
ou
que
l'indicateur
TRANSMIT/LEARN clignote lorsque fa fonction de transfert est utilisée,
etc.
1. Régler le commutateur LEARN sur la position LEARN,
2. Appuyer sur une touche de fonction quelconque et I'indicateur
TRANSMIT/LEARN s''allume.
3. Enfoncer, pendant que I'indicateur TRANSMIT/LEARN
clignote,
la touche M.CLR avec le bout d'un stylo, etc. pour effacer la
mémoire.
Enfoncer
cette touche jusqu'a
ce que
|'indicateur
s'éteigne.
«Ne pas appliquer de force excessive.
* Le contenu de la mémoire est complétement effacé, ramenant &
ta condition d'origine {code de télécommande unifié Pioneer}.
