HOW TO USE LEARN
This is an.example of how to program the playback command for a VCR
into the playback button of the programmable remote contro! unit
employing the learn function.
1.
Put LEARN switch in the LEARN position and MODE switch in the
VIDEO position.
@) Sets the LEARN switch to LEARN (to the right).
@ Sets the MODE switch to VIDEO.
2. Align the remote control transmitters face to face.
Place them 2 — 5 cm apart. If they are too close, the learn function
will not operate. Both remote control units should be placed on a
flat surface such as a desk or table when carrying out the learn
Operation.
Continue pressing the pragrammable remote control unit VCR >
button untif TRANSMIT/LEARN indicator lights.
. Coritinue pressing your VCR remote control playback button.
. Release the button of the VCR remote control unit after making
sure that the TRANSMIT/LEARN
indicator has gone out on the
programmable remote control unit,
@ Confirm that the indicator has gone. out.
6. After confirming that the programmable remote control unit's
TRANSMIT/LEARN
indicator is lit again, press the VCR remote
control unit's PLAY button once again.
7. Release the button of the VCR remote control unit after making
sure that TRANSMIT/LEARN
indicator has gone
out on the
programmable remote contro! unit.
8. Put the LEARN switch in the USE position.
9. Confirm that the button used to learn can operate the VCR.

Voici un exemple de programmation de la commande de reproduction
pour un magnétoscope dans Ia touche de reproduction de lunité de
télécommande programmable en employant la fonction de transfert.
1. Régler le commutateur
LEARN
sur la position LEARN
et le
commutateur MODE sur [a position VIDEO.
@ Régler le commutateur LEARN sur la position LEARN (a droite).
@® Régler le commutateur MODE sur la position VIDEO.
2. Aligner les émetteurs de télécommande face a face.
Les placer 4 2 — 5 cmI'unde autre. S'ils sont trop prés, fa fonction
de transfert ne s'effectue pas. Les deux unités de télécommande
doivent étre placées sur une surface plate comme un bureau ou une
'table pour exécuter l'opération de transfert.
3. Maintenir
la touche '»
VCR
de t'unité de télécommande
programmable enfoncée jusqu'a ce que lindicateur TRANSMIT/
LEARN s'allume.
4. Maintenir la touche de reproduction
de la télécommande
du
magnétoscope enfoncée.
5. Relacher la touche de Iunité de télécommande du magnétoscape
aprés avoir vérifié que \'indicateur TRANSMIT/LEARN s'est éteint
sur l'unité de télécommande programmable.
@ Vérifier que l'indicateur s'est éteint.
6. Aprés avoir vérifié que l'indicateur TRANSMIT/LEARN de I'unité
de télécommande programmable est de nouveau allumé, appuyer
une nouvelle fois sur la touche de lecture (PLAY) de I'unité de
télécommande du magnétoscope.
7. Relacher ia touche de l'unité de télécommande du magnétoscope
aprés avoir vérifié que l'indicateur TRANSMIT/LEARN s'est éteint
sur l'unité de télécommande programmable.
8. Régler le commutateur LEARN sur la position USE.
9. Vérifier
que
la touche
utilisée
pour
la programmation
fait
fonctionner le magnétoscope.
