Montagem do comando do acelerador
Alivie os 2 parafusos (1B) de fixação do comando acelerador (1) o
mínimo necessário para permitir a sua inserção no lado direito do
guiador (F).
Importante
Preste especial atenção para NÃO desatarraxar completamente os
2 parafusos (1B), para evitar comprometer o correto funcionamen-
to do comando do acelerador (1).
Monte o comando do acelerador (1) inserindo o perno (1A) no furo
(F1) do guiador (F). Aperte os n.2 parafusos (1B) ao binário indicado.
Posicione a parte externa do protetor de mãos direito (L) no guia-
dor (F), inserindo o casquilho de expansão (L2) no furo (F2). Aperte
o parafuso (L1) a um binário indicado.
Organize as cablagens ao longo do painel de instrumentos, confor-
me indicado na figura. Ligue o pino do comando do acelerador (1C)
ao conector (B1). Ligue o cavilhão de aquecimento do comando do
acelerador (1D) ao conector (B2).
Atenção
Verifique o funcionamento correto do comando do acelerador.
Atenção
Verifique se durante a fase de máxima viragem não existam im-
pedimentos e se os cabos da cablagem não estejam demasiado
tensionados.
Faça passar a extremidade da cablagem (2A) através do compar-
timento do chassi da cúpula. Remova a tampa (Q) do conector da
cablagem (R). Ligue o cavilhão de aquecimento do manípulo direi-
to (1D) ao conector (R). Coloque a cablagem do manípulo aqueci-
do seguindo a cablagem original. Ligue o cavilhão do comando do
acelerador (1D) ao conector (O1) e prenda a cablagem utilizando as
3 braçadeiras originais (M), como mostrado no quadro.
Recolha os excessos dos cabos dos guiadores aquecidos e presos,
utilizando braçadeiras de borracha.

Throttle control assembly
Loosen no. 2 screws (1B) fastening throttle control (1) as much as
necessary to allow its insertion on handlebar (F) RH side.
Important
Pay special attention NOT to fully loosen the no. 2 screws (1B), in
order to avoid an incorrect operation of throttle control (1).
Fit throttle control (1) inserting pin (1A) into handlebar (F) hole (F1).
Tighten no.2 screws (1B) to the specified torque. Fit the outer side
of the RH hand guard (L) on the handlebar (F), inserting the ex-
pansion bushing (L2) into the hole (F2). Tighten screw (L1) to the
specified torque.
Lay the wirings along the instrument panel as shown in the figure.
Connect the throttle control pin (1C) to connector (B1). Connect the
throttle control heating pin (1D) to connector (B2).
Warning
Make sure that the throttle control works properly.
Warning
During maximum steering, make sure that there are no hinders
and that wiring cables are not overtensioned.
Slide the cable end (2A) through the headlight fairing compart-
ment. Remove the plug (Q) from the wiring connector (R). Con-
nect the RH handgrip heating pin (1D) to connector (R). Lay down
heated handgrip wiring by following the original wiring. Connect
the throttle control pin (1D) to connector (O1) and tie wiring with 3
original ties (M), as shown in the box.
Collect the exceeding parts of the heated handgrip cables and fix
them using rubber ties.
