Montagem dos componentes do conjunto
(versões XDiavel)
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão
limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções necessá-
rias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Atenção
Para os modelos XDiavel- XDiavel S o seguinte conjunto deve ser
instalado mediante prévia furação do guiador, tendo como refe-
rência o quanto indicado nas instruções do "conjunto de monta-
gem dos manípulos aquecidos".
Montagem do manípulo aquecido lado esquerdo
Monte o grampo de fixação do comutador (K3) no lado inferior es-
querdo do guiador (E), inserindo o perno (K4) no furo (E5). Monte
o comutador esquerdo (K) no guiador (E), inserindo a guia (K5) no
grampo de fixação (K3) até ouvir o estalido, que garante que o seu
engate ocorreu. Ligue o conector (K1) pelo comutador (K).
Verifique que o cabo (2A) esteja corretamente inserido na especí-
fica sede anterior do manípulo aquecido lado esquerdo (2), confor-
me mostrado na figura. Monte o manípulo (2) inserindo-o no guia-
dor (E) e fixe-o encostando os 2 parafusos M4x10 (V*) presentes
no interior do "conjunto de montagem dos manípulos aquecidos".
Atenção
Certifique-se de que o cabo (2A) não fique esmagado entre o ma-
nípulo (2) e o comutador esquerdo (K).
Atenção
Efetue o aperto dos 2 parafusos (V*) exclusivamente à mão, não
utilize aparafusador automático. Para evitar a deformação ou a da-
nificação dos 2 (V), atarraxe até o fundo sem exceder e sem forçar,
respeitando à risca o binário de aperto indicado.
Aperte os 2 parafusos (V*) ao binário indicado. Introduza o grupo
do contrapeso (R), até o fundo, no guiador (E). Aperte o parafuso
(R1) a um binário indicado.
Organize a cablagem ao longo do painel de instrumentos, confor-
me indicado na figura. Ligue o pino do aquecimento do punho es-
querdo (2B) ao conector (F).
Prenda com braçadeira as cablagens recuperando os excessos, uti-
lizando as 4 braçadeiras (4), como mostrado no quadro..
Atenção
Verifique se durante a fase de máxima viragem não existam im-
pedimentos e se os cabos da cablagem não estejam demasiado
tensionados.

Kit component assembly
(XDiavel versions)
Important
Before assembling, check that all parts are clean and in good con-
ditions. Adopt all necessary precautions to avoid damaging any
part you are working on.
Warning
For XDiavel- XDiavel S models, drill the handlebar before in-
stalling the following kit, referring to the instructions included in
the"heated handgrip assembly kit".
LH heated handgrip assembly
Fit the switch retaining clip (K3) on the lower LH side of the han-
dlebar (E) by inserting the pin (K4) into the hole (E5). Fit LH switch
(K) on handlebar (E) inserting guide (K5) on the retaining clip (K3),
until you hear a "click" to make sure it is properly secured. Connect
the connector (K1) to the switch (K).
Check that the cable (2A) is correctly inserted in the specific front
seat of the LH heated handgrip (2), as shown in the figure. Fit
handgrip (2) inserting it on handlebar (E) and fixing it by starting
no.2 screws M4X10 (V*) supplied with the "heated handgrip as-
sembly kit" .
Warning
Make sure cable (2A) is not squeezed between handgrip (2) and LH
switch (K).
Warning
Tighten the 2 screws (V*) only by hand, do not use electric screw-
drivers. To prevent the 2 screws (V) from being deformed or dam-
aged, screw them until fully home without applying any excessive
force, thoroughly complying with the specified tightening torque.
Tighten the no.2 screws (V*) to the specified torque. Insert balanc-
ing weight assembly (R) fully home into the handlebar (E). Tighten
screw (R1) to the specified torque.
Lay the wiring along the instrument panel as shown in the figure.
Connect the LH handgrip heating pin (2B) to connector (F).
Use the 4 ties (4) to tie wirings by recovering any exceeding sec-
tion, as shown in the box.
Warning
During maximum steering, make sure that there are no hinders
and that wiring cables are not overtensioned.
