Montagem do comando do acelerador
Alivie os 2 parafusos (1B) de fixação do comando acelerador (1) o
mínimo necessário para permitir a sua inserção no lado direito do
guiador (E).
Importante
Preste especial atenção para NÃO desatarraxar completamente os
2 parafusos (1B), para evitar comprometer o correto funcionamen-
to do comando do acelerador (1).
Monte o comando do acelerador (1) inserindo o perno (1A) no furo
(EV1) do guiador (E). Aperte os n.2 parafusos (1B) ao binário indi-
cado. Introduza o grupo do contrapeso (S), até o fundo, no guiador
(E). Aperte o parafuso (S1) a um binário indicado.
Utilizando as 3 braçadeiras originais (I), fixe as cablagens à cabla-
gem original como mostrado na figura. Ligue o pino do comando
do acelerador (1C) ao conector (B1). Ligue o pino do aquecimento
do punho esquerdo (2B) ao conector (F). Ligue o pino do aqueci-
mento do comando do acelerador ao conector. Restabeleça a bra-
çadeira de botão original (L) e organize as cablagens como mostra-
do na figura.
Atenção
Verifique o funcionamento correto do comando do acelerador.
Atenção
Verifique se durante a fase de máxima viragem não existam im-
pedimentos e se os cabos da cablagem não estejam demasiado
tensionados.
Remonte o tanque de combustível, consultando o quanto indicado
no manual de oficina na secção "Remontagem do tanque de com-
bustível".

Throttle control assembly
Loosen no. 2 screws (1B) fastening throttle control (1) as much as
necessary to allow its insertion on handlebar (E) RH side.
Important
Pay special attention NOT to fully loosen the no. 2 screws (1B), in
order to avoid an incorrect operation of throttle control (1).
Fit throttle control (1) inserting pin (1A) into handlebar (E) hole (E1).
Tighten no.2 screws (1B) to the specified torque. Insert balancing
weight assembly (S) fully home into the handlebar (E). Tighten
screw (S1) to the specified torque.
Secure the wirings to the original wiring using no.3 original ties
(I), as shown in the figure. Connect the throttle control pin (1C) to
connector (B1). Connect the LH handgrip heating pin (2B) to con-
nector (F). Connect the throttle control heating pin to connector.
Reposition the original button tie (L) and arrange the wirings as
shown in the figure.
Warning
Make sure that the throttle control works properly.
Warning
During maximum steering, make sure that there are no hinders
and that wiring cables are not overtensioned.
Refit the fuel tank by referring to the instructions on the workshop
manual under section "Refitting the fuel tank".
