Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão
limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções necessá-
rias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar.
Montagem do manípulo aquecido lado esquerdo
Verifique que o cabo (2A) esteja corretamente inserido na espe-
cífica sede anterior do manípulo aquecido lado esquerdo (2), con-
forme mostrado na figura. Monte o manípulo (2) inserindo-o no
guiador (F) e fixe-o encostando os 2 parafusos (3) nos furos (F3).
Atenção
Certifique-se de que o cabo (2A) não fique esmagado entre o ma-
nípulo (2) e o comutador esquerdo (K).
Atenção
Efetue o aperto dos 2 parafusos autorroscantes (3) exclusivamente
à mão, não utilize aparafusador automático. Para evitar a deforma-
ção ou a danificação dos 2 parafusos autorroscantes (3), atarraxe
até o fundo sem exceder e sem forçar, respeitando à risca o binário
de aperto indicado.
Aperte os 2 parafusos (3) ao binário indicado. Posicione a parte ex-
terna do protetor de mãos direito (H) no guiador (F), inserindo o
casquilho de expansão (H2) no furo (F4). Aperte o parafuso (H1) a
um binário indicado.
Utilizando as 2 braçadeiras originais (4) fixe a cablagem do punho
aquecido esquerdo (2A) à cablagem original, como mostrado na fi-
gura. Faça passar a extremidade da cablagem (2A) através do com-
partimento do chassi da cúpula. Remova a tampa (T) do conector
da cablagem (P). Ligue o pino do aquecimento do punho esquerdo
(2B) ao conector (P).
Atenção
Verifique se durante a fase de máxima viragem não existam im-
pedimentos e se os cabos da cablagem não estejam demasiado
tensionados.

Important
Before assembling, check that all parts are clean and in good con-
ditions. Adopt all necessary precautions to avoid damaging any
part you are working on.
LH heated handgrip assembly
Check that the cable (2A) is correctly inserted in the specific front
seat of the LH heated handgrip (2), as shown in the figure. Fit
handgrip (2) inserting it on handlebar (F) and fixing it by starting
no. 2 screws (3) into the holes (F3).
Warning
Make sure cable (2A) is not squeezed between handgrip (2) and LH
switch (K).
Warning
Tighten the 2 self-threading screws (3) only by hand, do not use
electric screwdrivers. To prevent the 2 self-threading screws (3)
from being deformed or damaged, screw them until fully home
without applying any excessive force, thoroughly complying with
the specified tightening torque.
Tighten no.2 screws (3) to the specified torque. Fit the outer side
of the LH hand guard (H) on the handlebar (F), inserting the ex-
pansion bushing (H2) into the hole (F4). Tighten screw (H1) to the
specified torque.
Use the no.2 ties (4) to tie the LH heated handgrip wiring (2A) to
the original wiring as shown in the figure. Slide the cable end (2A)
through the headlight fairing compartment. Remove the plug (T)
from the wiring connector (P). Connect the LH handgrip heating
pin (2B) to connector (P).
Warning
During maximum steering, make sure that there are no hinders
and that wiring cables are not overtensioned.
