Before cleaning, remove the plug from the socket and let the SOLIS Smart Grill
Pro cool almost completely. It will be easier for you to clean the grill when it is
still slightly warm. In any case, you should clean your grill after every use so that
food won't burn onto it.
•
Wipe the grill plates with a damp cloth or kitchen paper. For stubborn, burnt
food residues, we recommend you drizzle some soapy water on the effected
areas and briefly leave it to act and then remove with a non-abrasive sponge or
nylon washing up brush.
•
Clean the outside of the Smart Grill with a damp cloth and, if necessary, mild
detergent.
•
Remove the grease drip tray and clean it in warm soapy water with a soft, non-
abrasive sponge. Then, dry it thoroughly. The drip tray can also be cleaned in a
dishwasher.
•
Never clean the appliance or parts of the appliance with aggressive or ab-
rasive cleaning agents or solvents, oven cleaners, scouring pads, acetone
or alcohol. Also, keep sharp or metal devices away from the appliance.
The non-stick coating could be damaged or the appliance could be scrat-
ched!

Never immerse the contact grill in water or other liquids!

Caution: Only pack the appliance away when it is clean and completely
dry!
1. Set the height adjustment clip to the "LOCK" position, both grill plates are
now shut.
2. Attach the cleaned and dry grease drip tray.
3. Wrap the power cord around the cable winder on the underside of the appli-
ance.
4. Store the unit in a dark, dry place.

Warning: When transporting the grill remove the grease drip tray. Never
hold the appliance by the drip tray!
