4. Close the upper grill plate gently until it rests at the height set.
5. The upper grill plate will now also give off heat which can, for example, melt
cheese. How long you leave the dishes to grill depends on the ingredients and
personal preference. At the end of this instruction manual there are recipe sug-
gestions.

Note: While the lid is in the open position the clip can be moved forward or back-
wards and the height can be regulated and set. 7 different heights can be set.
•
The position "LOCK" should be selected if the appliance is to be stored after
cleaning. The "OPEN" position should be set, before you insert the plug into
the socket.
•
Caution: The clip for height adjustment should never be in the "LOCK"
position during use if there are foods between the grill plates.
