Select the program (12) «BAKE» by pressing the «MENU» button (12) repeatedly, press the
«START/STOP» button (13) and let the unit warm up for 10 minutes.
Note: – During the first operation some smell from the heating element is possible, this is normal.
Switch the bread maker off in 10 minutes, by pressing and holding the «START/STOP» button
(13), take the plug out of the socket.
Open the lid (3) by the handles (5) and let the unit cool down.

USING THE UNIT

Fix the paddle (8) on the form (7) axle.
Note: - It is desirable to oil the paddle (8) and the axle on which the paddle (8) is installed with
vegetable oil before assembling the paddle (8) to enable an easy removal of the paddle (8) from the
baked bread.
Put the ingredients into the form (7) in the sequence described in the recipe. Usually the ingredi-
ents are added in the following order:
liquids,
1.
dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour),
2.
yeast and leaven.
3.
Note: - Yeast should not come in contact with the liquids or salt before the dough kneading. Make a
small cavity in the flour and put the yeast there.
Wipe spilled ingredients or liquids from the form (7) surface.
Take form (7) by the handle, put it into the process chamber and turn it clockwise until bumping.
Close the lid (3).
Insert the power plug into the mains socket and set the switch (6) to the position «I».
Select the necessary program by pressing the button (12) «MENU» repeatedly.
Set the loaf weight and crust color by pressing «LOAF WEIGHT» (17) and «CRUST COLOR» (16)
buttons repeatedly.
Set the delayed start time by pressing the buttons (14) «» and (15) «».
Note: - If you want to start baking immediately skip delayed start time setting.
Press the «START/STOP» button (13) to launch the program.
After the program ends, there will be 15 sound signals, the unit will be automatically switched to
the heating mode (except programs 9, 10), an arrow will appear on the display (2) opposite the
operation cycle «HEATING» (21), symbols «0:00» (30) will appear, and the dots will blink.
After the heating mode ends, there will be 15 sound signals, default settings of the finished program
will be shown on the display (2); an arrow opposite the operation cycle «END» (22) will appear.
To cancel the heating mode, press and hold the «START/STOP» button (13). There will be a short
sound signal; the display (2) will go out after a while.
Switch the unit off setting the switch (6) to the position «0», take the plug out of the socket.
Put on thermal protective oven gloves, open the lid (3). Take the handle of the form (7), turn the
form counterclockwise and remove it from the bread maker.
Let the form cool down for 10 minutes.
Unstick the bread from the form (7) walls using a plastic spatula.
To remove the bread turn the form (7) upside down and shake it carefully.
Remove the paddle (8) from the bread with the hook (11) and let the bread cool down for 10 minutes.
Cut the bread with a sharp bread knife.
User mode settings
Select the «USER MODE» program by pressing the «MENU» button (12).

Press and hold the «START/STOP» button (13) till the first operation cycle settings (pre-heating)

appear on the display (2): arrow opposite the operation cycle «HEATING» (27) will appear and the
duration of the cycle in minutes will be shown.
Set the operation cycle time by pressing the buttons (14) «» and (15) «» and go to the next
