Place unit on a flat stable surface. Distance
to the nearest surfaces should be at least
20 cm.
Note: The bread maker is intended for operation
within a wide range of temperatures, but exces-
sively high or low temperature in the room affects
dough rising process and consequently the size
and density of bread. The most optimal ambient
temperature in the room is from 15 to 34°С.
Open the lid (3) with the handle (6).
Take the baking form (7) by the handle, turn
it counter-clockwise and pull upwards.
Close the lid (3), switch the unit on by plug-
ging the power cord plug into the socket.
There will be a long sound signal, display
(2) will show the number of the first program
(19), the operation time index «3:00» (22)
and symbols (20, 21), denoting the standard
baking settings: crust color – medium; loaf
weight – 900 g.
Select BAKE program by pressing button
(18) «MENU» repeatedly, press button (17)
«START/STOP» and let the unit warm up for
10 minutes.
Note: During the first operation some smell
from the heating element is possible, this is
normal.
Switch bread maker off in 10 minutes. To
do so press and hold «START/STOP» button
(17) until you hear a long sound signal, take
the plug out of the socket.
Open the lid (3) with the handle (6) and let
the unit cool down.
Wash the baking forms (7, 9), the paddle (8),
the measuring cup (10), spoon (11) and the
hook (12) with a soft sponge and a neutral
detergent.
Dry the removable parts.
Bread maker is ready for use.

USING THE UNIT

If you use the baking form (7), fix the paddle
(8) on the form (7) axis.
Note: It is desirable to grease the paddle with
butter before assembly to avoid dough ingress
under the paddle (8) during operation and to
facilitate paddle removal (8) from the baked
bread.
Put the ingredients into the form (7) in the
sequence described in the recipe. Usually
the ingredients are added in the following
order:

liquids,
1.
dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour),
2.
yeast and leaven.

Note: Yeast should not come in contact with the
liquids or salt before the dough kneading. Make
a cavity in the flour with your finger and put the
yeast there.
Put the ready-made dough into the cookie
tray (9).
Wipe the crumbled ingredients or spilled liq-
uids from the form (7, 9) surface.
Take form (7) by the handle, put it into the
process chamber and turn it clockwise until
bumping. Place the cookie tray (9) into the
process chamber.
Close the lid (3), plug the bread maker into
the socket.
Select the necessary program by pressing
«MENU» button (18) repeatedly.
Set the crust color and loaf weight by
pressing «CRUST COLOR» (16) and «LOAF
WEIGHT» (15) buttons repeatedly.
Set the delay time by pressing buttons (13)
«+» and (14) «-».
Note: If you want to start baking immediately
skip delay time setting.
Press button (17) «START/STOP» in order to
launch the program.
When hearing 10 consequential sound sig-
nals in the dough kneading process open
the lid (3) carefully by the handles (6) and
add supplementary ingredients.
Note: The ingredients adding function during
the baking process is not available in programs
6, 8, 9, 12.
10 consequential sound signals inform that
the program is completed.
After the completion of programs 1-7, 10-12
the bread maker will pass into heating mode,
symbols «0:00» will appear on the display,
and the two-spot will flash.
When the heating cycle is finished there will
be a sound signal and the standard settings
of the completed program will be shown on
display (2).
In order to cancel heating, press and hold
«START/STOP» button (17). There will be a
long sound signal, the display (2) will switch
off after a while.
Unplug the unit.
