PASTA DOUGH

Make dough for homemade pasta; add tomato paste or herbs in order to give dough additional color
and aroma.

BAKE

This program allows using the bread maker as an ordinary electric oven. Use it for baking from ready-
made dough or for baked bread additional browning.

USER MODE

This program allows the user to set the duration of all operation cycles independently (pre-heating,
kneading, dough rise, etc.) and to set the temperature in the process chamber of the unit during
dough rise and baking.
Operation cycles
The bread baking operation cycle includes:
Preheating. An arrow opposite the operation cycle «HEATING» (27) will appear on the display (2).

Pre-kneading to obtain a homogeneous dough mass. During pre-kneading the arrow will appear

on the display (2) opposite the operation cycle «KNEADING» (26).
Pause during which gluten bonds are formed in the dough-like mass, making further dough knead-

ing easier. The arrow opposite the operation cycle «PAUSE» (25) will appear on the display (2).
Re-kneading. In the process of dough re-kneading the arrow will appear on the display (2) oppo-

site the operation cycle «KNEADING» (26).
Dough rise lets you make voluminous bread with fine, thin-walled and homogeneously porous

crumb. Dough rise is indicated with the arrow opposite the operation cycle «RISE» (19).
Bake (the arrow is opposite the operation cycle «BAKE» (20)). Never open the lid during the

bread baking cycle, otherwise deflated dough will not rise.
Heating. The arrow opposite the operation cycle «HEATING» (21) will appear on the display (2).

End of cooking. The arrow opposite the operation cycle «END» (22) will appear on the display (2).
