Note:
The delayed start function is available in programs «1-4» and «12-14».
Do not apply the «Delayed start» function when using perishable foods, such as milk, eggs, fruit,
etc.
«START/STOP» Button (13)
Switch the bread maker on by pressing the «START/STOP» button (13). There will be a sound
signal, the dots in the time readouts (30) will blink, and the remaining time countdown will start.
Other buttons become inactive during the baking process.
To stop the baking process press and hold the «START/STOP» button (13) until you hear a sound
signal.
Additional functions
Ingredients adding
The unit is equipped with a dispenser for ingredients adding (4) (such as fruit pieces, nuts) dur-
ing dough kneading.
Load the necessary ingredients in the dispenser (4) before the baking starts.
During the operation process you will hear sound signals, the lower lid of the dispenser (4) will be
opened and the ingredients will be added to the dough.
Note: The ingredients adding function is available in programs «1», «3», «4», «8», «9» and «13».
«Heating» function
If you don't switch the bread maker off after the baking process ending (except programs «9»,
«10»), the unit will automatically pass into heating mode (duration – 3 hours).
To switch the «heating» function off press and hold the «START/STOP» button (13) after the bak-
ing process ending until you hear a sound signal.
«Memory» function
In case of emergency power cutoff during the operation process the memory function with the
duration of up to 7 minutes is activated.
If the power supply is restored within 7 minutes, the bread maker will continue to perform the pre-
set program from the moment it has been stopped at.
If there is no power for more than 7 minutes it is necessary to load the ingredients again and pro-
gram the unit.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least
two hours at room temperature before switching on.
Unpack the bread maker and remove all the packaging materials.
Open the lid (3), take the baking form (7) by the handle, turn the form (7) counterclockwise and
pull it from the process chamber.
Wash the baking form (7), paddle (8), measuring cup (9), spoon (10) and hook (11) with a neutral
detergent and dry.
Clean the bread maker body and lid with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe it dry.
Place unit on a flat stable surface. The distance to the nearest furniture objects should be at least
20 cm.
Note:
The bread maker is intended for operation within a wide range of temperatures, but excessively
high or low temperature in the room may affect the baking process.
The most optimal ambient temperature is from 15 to 34°С.
Before use switch the bread maker on without the baking form (7).
Close the lid (3), insert the power plug into the mains socket and switch the bread maker on set-
ting the switch (6) to the position «I». There will be a long sound signal, display (2) will show the
number of the first program (29), the operation time readouts «3:30» (30) and symbols (24 and
18), denoting the standard baking settings (crust color - «MEDIUM»; weight - 1000 g).
