tings will be applied the next time the modules are restar
ted.
When the modules are started, first the connected inter
face modules are initialized, as indicated by the flashing
red LED.
Super-master function
The super-master is responsible for data handling within
the setups and makes the measured data flow available
on the 10+2 bus. The head station parameterized as su
per-master also has exclusive full access to the connec
ted torque transducer. This means for example that the
shunt signal can only be triggered by the super-master.
All incoming data can be scaled and filtered separately
and non-interactively within the setups (super-master/
slave mode).
Slave function
The slave "listens" to the communication data flow
between the torque sensor and super-master. It acts
passively, functioning only as a listener within the setup.
All incoming data can be scaled and filtered separately
and non-interactively within the setups (super-master/
slave mode).
10.3.7 Input mode
The receiver modules for the torque signal of the TIM-EC
module can be adjusted to the relevant output signals of
the connected HBM torque transducer.
