Réglage du déport des roues avant et arrière
- Tournez la vis de serrage dans le bras transversal
supérieur dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre :
Le bord supérieur de la roue est tiré vers l'intérieur en
direction de « déport de roue négatif ».
- Tournez la vis de serrage dans le bras
transversal supérieur contre le sens
des aiguilles d'une montre :
Le bord supérieur de la roue est
tiré vers l'extérieur en direction de
« déport de roue positif ».
Veillez à un réglage équilibré des efforts de guidage
latéraux des essieux avant et arrière. Des différences
peuvent provoquer un pilotage sous ou sur-vireur.

ÉGLAGE DE LA VOIE
La voie marque la position du niveau de la roue par rapport au sens de la marche.
Pendant la conduite, les roues sont écartées à l'avant, dû à la résistance au roulement, et de par là ne sont plus parallèles
au sens de la marche. Pour compenser, les roues de la voiture arrêtée peuvent être ajustées de sorte à être, à l'avant,
légèrement dirigées vers l'intérieur.
Ce pincement sert en même temps à un meilleur guidage latéral des pneus et de par là à une réaction plus directe du bra-
quage. Si vous souhaitez une réaction plus souple du braquage, ceci peut être atteint au moyen du réglage d'une ouver-
ture c'est à dire, les roues de la voiture en position d'arrêt sont dirigées vers l'extérieur.
Le réglage approximatif de l'alignement des roues peut être
effectué en fixant les barres d'accouplement extérieures à deux
autres points de fixation de la partie centrale de la barre d'accou-
plement.
Les vis de serrage avec tricoise (5 mm) pour le réglage indé-
pendant de la voie des roues avant se trouvent dans les barres
d´accouplement droite et gauche.
Le pincement des roues avant ne devrait pas
dépasser 4° !

L'ajustage d'un pincement cause l'usure
prématurée des faces intérieures des pneus.

ONTAGE D UN YSTÈME
LEOPARD est un modèle standard avec un système RC intégré. Ceci signifie que le modèle est équipé d´un
récepteur, de servos de conduite, de vitesses/frein, ainsi que d´une radiocommande.
Ce système de haute qualité vous permet de mettre votre modèle en service sans le moindre problème.
Les instructions de montage suivantes pourraient vous intéresser si vous possédez déjà un système RC et
si désirez monter ce dernier ou si vous voulez remplacer une composante défectueuse.

REPARATION
The Stadium Buggy Chassis „LEOPARD" is pre-assembled ready to drive (Ready To Run).
Before the first start, some basic adjustments must be carried out or checked and the necessary
accessories and auxiliaries must be prepared.
Go through the various points of the check list one after the other, and your model is then ready to run.
Tuning measures on the chassis and/or the installation of another RC system necessitate various tools.
The latter are listed below.

OOLS AND AUXILIARIES CHECK LIST FOR PUTTING INTO OPERATION

- Socket wrench 17 mm for the wheel nuts
- Flat spanner 5 mm
to set alignment and inclination
- Flat spanner 5.5 mm
to change the shock absorbers (to counter-hold)
- Allen key 2.5 mm to change the shock absorbers
- Allen wrench 1.5 mm for the
headless screws at the adjusting rings of the
throttle / brake and steering linkage and the
transverse stabilizer
- Allen key 1.5 mm for the grub screws on the
adjusting rings of the throttle/brake and steering
linkages and the transverse stabilizers (optional)
- Crosstip screwdriver (Ph No 1)
for all other screws on the chassis,
the casings of the differentials and the RC mounting
plate
- Screwdriver for the throttle stop screw and the main
nozzle needle
NOTE!
The instructions specific to position front / back / right / left
always refer to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle
in drive direction "forward"!

HASSIS MOUNTING AND PLACING THE DECORATIVE LABELS
The fastening elements for the car body are already pre-assembled in the contents of the delivery of the Stadium
Buggy Chassis „LEOPARD".
Before installing the car body, the boreholes for the car body supports and antenna passage
must be mounted. Use a special car body drill.
Installing the car body
- Apply colored chalk or slow drying paint on the edges of the car body support and
- Place the car body as exactly as possible on the chassis.
- Remove the car body again and
- Drill holes into the car body at the places marked with paint (chalk) for the
mounting parts of the car body.
- Place the car body and fasten the latter with the car body splints
For a simpler handling, bent up the splints slightly.
- Determine the position of the antenna tube on the car body and
- Drill here also a hole for the antenna passage.
- Make openings for the starter cord, the tank shutter and the cooling head.
The car body of LEOPARD is already cut and painted!
- The decorative patterns are glued on the outside of the car body.
- Moisten the car body and the decorative patterns with a light washing-up liquid before placing them.
This gives you some time to reposition the decorative patterns and to flatten air bubbles.
- Fine details such as window frames, door sections or borders can be drawn with conventional decorative strips or
waterproof markers.

- Check the range of the remote control transmitter
- Check basic carburettor setting
- Fill in fuel
- Let engine run
