fissaggio.
Posirionare

Posirionare
la
rondella
di
sicuiezza, bloccore il tamburo fririone utiliz~ando l'ottrezzo

e bloccare

fissaggio alla coppia prescritta. Ripiegare la
rondella
Inserire un cacciavite in

allo
scopo
di
fare aderire

del pacco frizione e deve avere la dentatura iivolia Verso l'interno

pacco stesso
Clutch
reassembly.
Assemble the clutch hell io the gear, locking the eight fastening sciews. Position the
clutcti drum complete of disc pushing plate.
Position the look washer. block the cliitch drum
using
tool
N"88713.0146
and
tighten
the fastening nut with the required torque. Bend the washer
Insert
U
screwdriver into
a
slit in the cluich
bell,
io press the disc pushing plate against
theclutch drum.
Position the clutch discs sei, considering that the special disc
IS
the last
in
the clutch
asscmbly
and
must
show its teeth turned iowards the inner side of the ossembly
Recomposition embrayage.
Assembler la cloche embrayage
a
l'engrenage,
en
bloquant les huilt vis
de
fixage.
Mettre en place le iambour d'embrayage complet de plateau pousse~disque.
Meitre en place le tambour d'embrayage complet de plateau pousse~disque.
Menre
en
place la rondelle
de securite, bloquer le tambour d'embrayage pur l'ouiil

et serrei l'ecrou de fixage au couple eiahli. Remplier Ia rondelle.
lntroduire
u n
tournevis dans
une
iente de Ia cloche d'emhrayage
pour
faire odherer le
plateau pousse~disque
au
tombour
d'embrayage.
Positionner le
leu de
disques embrayage
en
tenant campte que le disque special est
le
dernier
du
groupe embrayage ei il doii avoir le clabotage
envers
l'interieur
du
meme
groupe.
Wiederzusammenbau der Kupplung.
Die Kupplungsglocke
an
das Zahnrad
zusammennbauen und die
acht
Befestigungsschrauben fest anziehen. Die Kupplungstrommel samt der Druckplatte
positionieren
Die Sicherungsscheibe anbringen, die Kupplungstrommel mit dem Werkzeug

88713.0146
festmachen und die Befestigungsmutter an das vorgeschriebene
Drehmoment anziehen Die Scheibe wieder umbiegen.
Einen Schraubenzieher in einen Schlitz der Kupplungsglocke einfuhren, zwecks die
Druckplatte an die Kupplungstrommel Anhaften zu lassen.
Den Kupplungsscheibensatz in Stellung bringen; dabei ist zu berücksichtigen,
daß
die
Speiialscheibe den Endteil des Kupplungspakets ist und deshalbdieselbe Verzahnung
gegen
das
Paketinncn geichtet hoben muß.
Remontaje embrague.
Montar la campana del ernbrague en el engranaje apretando los ocllo tornillos de
Fiiacion. Colocar el tambor del embrague iunto
con
el
plato empuiadisco.
Colocar

orondela de seguridad
y bloquear

del
emhrague utilizando

herromienta
