10. Troubleshooting and Analysis
If errors occur when operating the software, please follow these instructions for trouble-
shooting and analysis.
Observation
In case of compatibility problems with the
hardware, perform the compatibility test.
If you are connected to the internet and
the software has been closed unexpectedly,
provide us with all information regarding
the shutdown.
If you are NOT connected to the internet
and the software has been closed unexpect-
edly, provide us with all information regard-
ing the shutdown.

Corrective Action
1. Startup the software
2. Close the data import function
3. Press F10
4. Verify the details that are
displayed
5. Report the results to Stryker if they do
not all show compatibility

2. Close the data import function
3. Press F8
4. Click >Send< in the appearing dialog
window
1. Right-click the software icon on your
desktop and choose >Open File Location<
2. Choose the folder >logs<
3. Copy the content of the folder "Crash-
dumps" to a USB drive and transfer the data
to an internet enabled computer
4. Send the data to Stryker using an en-
crypted connection. Contact Stryker for
assistance
