To insert a specific value (year, month, day, hour, minute) type it with
the keyboard and confirm with ENT; use the up and down buttons to
select the other data.
Push CHANGE button to switch current Date / Time to input data.
The system automatically switches from summer to winter time (no need
to change it manually).

Machine

By selecting Machine, you can select the machine type
Machine type
Select the machine type and proceed by pushing the button ►.
Then you will be asked to calibrate the potentiometer and the heating
element controller (refer to chapters 9.3.1 and 9.3.2).
After each calibration procedure, go ahead by pushing the button ►.
