If NBN T 42-010 standard is selected (see chapter 9.4.3) the system sets a
specific pressure higher than zero.
To stop the process immediately push the button
the CLAMP PIPES & ALIGNMENT page will appear to enable to move the
carriage! The message "welding interrupted!" will be also displayed.

Change over

As soon as the heat soak time is finished, remove the heating element
from the machine immediately after machine opening.
Danger of crushing hands!
Keep your hands out!
Danger of injury !
Place the heating element in the storage case without damaging or
contaminating the fusion surfaces.
The display shows the following page:
The machine opens the carriage completely, then it closes again to get
the pipe ends nearly in contact and stops: the pressure is released and
the display moves to the next page.
If change over time t3 goes out of the tolerance range, the message
"ERROR OCCURRED!" will be shown. The relevant error code will be
displayed at the end of the fusion process (see chapter 8.3.5) and an
error message will be also printed in the welding report (see chapters
10.2.3/12).
