For all maintenance or repairs, send your appliance to your distributor or directly to the FKG Service department (our ad-
dress is on www.fkg.ch). For a return under warranty please attach a copy of your invoice; this will help your request to be
handled more quickly.
Before dispatching your equipment, disinfect and sterilise it as explained in the user instructions.
Wrap your appliance carefully before dispatching it; we cannot accept responsibility in the event of damage during transport.
To completely overhaul your device, please join all the parts of your motor.
Customer returns will only be accepted for instruments that are cleaned, disinfected, sterilised (for the contra-angle, the
LED and the files) and satisfactorily packed. If not, the instruments will unfortunately have to be returned to the sender
as received.
