mist lubricator
1. Remove the compressed air connection.
2. Screw the container to the oil mist lubricator.
3. Drain off and dispose of the oil.
4. Fill with fresh oil.
12.4.5 Setting the lubricating oil flow
1. Screw the container to the oil mist lubricator.
2. Using a screwdriver, adjust the screw indicated by
the arrow so that a drop of oil is dispensed for all
three flange opening/closing motions.

Calibration

As part of service and upkeep (every six months), on
flange replacement or in the event of measurement
inaccuracies, it is advisable to calibrate the
ROLL R8 (P-LOCK) in the following sequence:
1. Calibrate the flange.
2. Calibrate the rim-distance gauge and sonar.
3. Calibrate ROLL R8 (P-LOCK) with wheel and sample
weight.
4. Perform reference measurement.
