8. Attach the provided calibration plate using the
threaded hole in the flange.
9. Place the plate in the vertical (12 o'clock) position.

10. Close the wheel cover and confirm by pressing
<OK>.
11. Open the wheel cover, place it in the rest position
and confirm by pressing <OK>.
12. Remove the calibration plate.

13. Attach a motor vehicle wheel of medium size
(e.g. width 5.5", diameter 14") and in very good
condition to the flange.
14. Manually enter the data for distance, width and
diameter of the rim.
15. Place the electronic rim-distance gauge against the
rim flange.

16. Hold the electronic rim-distance gauge against the
rim and confirm by pressing <OK>.
