You use the quick-access keys and arrows keys to
operate the ROLL R8 (P-LOCK). The respective
functions are described in the table below.
Key Item
<F1> to <F4> Quick-access keys for fast access to
individual menus (assignment of the quick-
access keys).
Arrow keys Navigation in the menus and alteration of the
ovuz
rim data values.
<OK> Confirmation of settings.
<I> / <START> Start measurement.
<O> / <STOP> Stop measurement.

7.4 Assigning the quick-access keys

The quick-access keys permit direct, rapid access to
frequently required functions from the control panel.
The following functions can be assigned to a quick-
access key:
Activates or deactivates the printer.
Activate / deactivate brake to lock the flange
and wheel in position.
Activate or deactivate the laser.
"Balancing" menu
"Imbalance minimization" menu
Vehicle selection
User selection
"Split program" menu
Selecting the balancing program
Entering the rim data
1. Open the "Settings and service" menu from the Start
