The audible signal has been activated in the
description that follows.
1. Rotate wheel by hand.
« As soon as the correct position for attachment
of a balance weight has been reached, a green
square appears on the monitor and the wheel is
locked.
2. Select a balance weight (clip-on balance weight or
adhesive balance weight) having the required value
(next to the green square).
Fastening the adhesive balance weight to the bead of
the rim
(ALU3 1st balancing plane and standard programs):

Attach the clip-on balance weight and adhesive
balance weights at the highest vertical position on
the wheel (12 o'clock).

Fastening the adhesive balance weight in the rim well
(ALU3 2nd balancing plane and ALU2, PAX2):
€
Attach the adhesive balance weight with the aid of
the electronic rim distance gauge or manual vernier
caliper.

The way in which an adhesive balance weight is
attached depends on the geometry of the electronic
rim-distance gauge.

Repeat the procedure for the wheel on the other
side.
