Reparaturhandbuch für das Motorrad MZ 500 R (Motor) - Miraculis
Drahtsprengring (1) von der Kickstarterwelle und O-Ring
(2) von der Schaltwelle entfernen.
4 Innensechskant-Schrauben M5 herausschrauben und
Startertriebdeckel mit O-Ring abnehmen. Anlaufscheibe
(3) und Zwischenrad (4) mit
Anlaufscheibe abnehmen.

Remove circlip (1) from kickstart shaft and O-ring (2)
from shift shaft.
Remove the 4 Allen screws M5 and the electric starter
drive cover. Lift thrust washer (3) and idler wheel (4) and
darunter liegender
thrust washer beneath.

Togliere l'anello di sicurezza (1) dall'albero messa in moto
e l'OR (2) dall'albero cambio.
Svitare le 4 brugole M5 e togliere il coperchio per
l'avviamento elettrico con OR. Rimuovere lo spessore (3)
e l'ingranaggio intermedio (4) con lo spessore sottostante.
