The product liability does not cover property or body damages, which may occur when using
functional equipment and the application of the protection equipment against fall from height is
used properly.
If there are alternations on the equipment and these instructions are not followed correctly, res-
pectively the general rules for preventing accidents are not followed, the product liability is void.
