All Praesideo call stations have
a specific fault indicator, the
power/fault LED, which is
blinking yellow for a system
fault and steady yellow when
there is a fault in the call
station or the Praesideo
network is not operational. The
power/fault LED is green when
there is no fault in the system.
Control output contacts can
be configured as 'Fault alarm
indicator'. A visual indicator
(e.g. a lamp) can be connected
to the output contact. The
output contact is activated
when the system enters the
fault warning condition. The
output contact is de-activated
when the system leaves the
fault warning condition, i.e.
when all faults are reset.
Call station keypad keys can
be configured to the action
'Reset fault' or 'Ack and reset
fault'. The key indicator of such
a key will now light up when
the system enters the fault
warning condition. The key
indicator is turned off when the
system leaves the fault warning
condition.
Output contact 5 of the
network controller is the fixed
Fault alarm indicator output.
Other control outputs can be
configured for the same
function. If a visual indicator is
connected to this output
contact it can be used as the
general fault warning indicator.
The network controller displays
the number of present faults.
This fault indication overrules
the normal display information.

Das Praesideo System bietet
eine optische Anzeige, wenn
es sich im Störungsmeldezu-
stand befindet und zwar über
die Störungs-LED der Sprech-
stellen, über Steuerausgang-
skontakte, Tastenanzeigen von
Sprechstellentasten, der feste
Störungs-Ausgangskontakt
des Netzwerkcontrollers und
das Menü an der Vorderseite
des Netzwerkcontrollers.
Alle Praesideo Sprechstellen
verfügen über eine spezielle
Störungsanzeige, die Betriebs/
Störungs-LED, die bei einer
Systemstörung gelb blinkt und
bei einer Störung in Sprech-
stelle oder wenn das Prae-
sideo Netzwerk nicht
betriebsbereit ist gelb leuchtet.
Die Betriebs/Störungs-LED
leuchtet grün, wenn im Sys-
tem keine Störung vorliegt.
Steuerausgangskontakte kön-
nen als Störungsalarm-Signal-
geber konfiguriert werden.
Eine optische Anzeige (z. B.
eine Lampe) kann an den Aus-
gangskontakt angeschlossen
werden. Der Ausgangskontakt
wird aktiviert, wenn das Sys-
tem in den Störungsmeldezu-
stand geschaltet wird. Der
Ausgangskontakt ist deaktiv-
iert, wenn das System den
Störungsmeldezustand ver-
lässt, d. h. wenn sämtliche
Störungen zurückgestellt
werden.
Sprechstellentastaturtasten
können auf die Aktion "Störung
zurückstellen" oder "Störung
best. und zurückstellen". Die
Hauptanzeige einer solchen
Taste leuchtet jetzt auf, wenn
das System in den Störung-
smeldezustand schaltet. Die
Hauptanzeige wird ausges-
chaltet, wenn das System den
Störungsmeldezustand ver-
lässt.
Ausgangskontakt 5 des Netzw-
erkcontrollers ist der feste
Störungsalarm-Signalgeber-
ausgang. Die anderen Steuer-
ausgänge können für dieselbe
Funktion konfiguriert werden.
Wenn eine optische Anzeige
an diesen Ausgangskontakt
angeschlossen ist, kann sie als
allgemeine Störungsmeldean-
zeige verwendet werden.
Der Netzwerkcontroller zeigt
die Anzahl der vorhandenen
Störungen an. Diese Störungs-
anzeige setzt die normalen Dis-
playinformationen außer Kraft.
