Important
Only operate the device in the network with network class C and subnet mask
255.255.255.0 (default setting). Otherwise UDP broadcast loops can increase the flow of
traffic in the network.
Important
These data are not stored in the parameter set.
You can find the network settings of your PC, e.g. in Windows 7 at:
Control panel\All control panel elements\Network and sharing center
The network settings must be adapted in order to operate the TIM-PN for the first time.
TIM-PN must be in the same subnet as the network card it is connected to.

Double-click to select the network card (PC) connected to the Ethernet port of the TIM-
PN.
