La calibration de la pesé e
Quand la pré cision de lecture du PESON n'est plus en phase
avec la ré alité , il peut être né cessaire de ré aliser « la Calibration
de la pesé e ».
Pour la ré aliser il faut utiliser une charge connue et pré fé rer
une charge importante, l'idé al est une charge proche de la
charge utile de la machine.
Bien sûr la valeur de cette charge doit être connue, par exemple
en utilisant un pont bascule fi able et récemment contrôlé.
- Au dé part il faut avant le chargement de la machine
positionner les disques d'é pandage à 0.70 m du sol, ré gler
l'aplomb de la machine à l'Horizontal, le haut de la tré mie
doit être parallè le au sol.
- Ré aliser la tare aprè s avoir positionné le tracteur sur une
surface plane et horizontale, par exemple une aire bé tonné e.
- Remplir la tré mie.
- À nouveau et si né cessaire, positionner le tracteur sur une
surface plane et horizontale.

Weighing device calibration
When the reading accuracy of the WEIGHT INDICATOR is no
longer in line with the actual situation, it may be necessary to
perform the «Weighing device calibration».
To perform this operation you must use a known load,
preferably a considerable load, ideally a load close to the
carrying capacity of the machine.
Of course, the value of this load must be known, for example
using a reliable and recently checked weighbridge.
- First, before loading the machine, you must position the
spreading disc at 0.70 m from the ground, adjust the position
of the machine from vertical to horizontal, the top of the
hopper must be parallel to the ground.
- Perform the tare after having positioned the tractor on a fl at
and horizontal surface, for example on a concrete area.
- Fill the hopper.
- Once again and if required, position the tractor on a fl at and
horizontal surface.

Die Kalibrierung der Waage
Sobald die Ablesegenauigkeit der Waage nicht mehr der
Wirklichkeit entspricht, kann es notwendig werden, eine
«Waagenkalibrierung» vorzunehmen.
Dazu muss man eine bekannte größere Last verwenden,
ideal wäre ein Gewicht, fast so schwer wie die Nutzlast der
Maschine.
Es versteht sich, dass das Gewicht der Last bekannt sein
muss, z.B. könnte man eine verlässliche, kürzlich kontrollierte
Brückenwaage verwenden.
- Vor Beladung der Maschine müssen die Streuscheiben
0,70 cm über dem Boden eingestellt und die Vertikal- und
Horizontalausrichtung der Maschine justiert werden. Der
obere Rand des Tanks muss sich parallel zum Boden befi nden.
- Feststellung der Tara, nachdem der Schlepper auf einer
ebenen und horizontalen Oberfl äche, z.B. auf einem
betonierten Platz abgestellt wurde.
- Befüllung des Tanks.
- Wenn nötig ist der Schlepper auf einer ebenen und
horizontalen Fläche abzustellen.
