Customer terminal
block X71
SINAMICS DCM Cabinet
Operating Instructions, 04/2015, A5E36161239/RS-AA/001
The signals are connected to the terminals of the converter
equipment's CUD via customer terminal strip -X71.
This means that the following interfaces are available:
4 digital inputs
•
When shipped from the factory, 2 of these inputs are
used via the 230 V coupling relay as control interface for
the on and controller enable signals.
The two remaining inputs - also via the 230 V coupling re-
lay -are available to customers.
The customer connection at this coupling relay is realized
via customer terminals XK-K11 to XK-K14
4 bidirectional digital inputs/outputs
•
4 digital outputs
•
When shipped from the factory, one of these outputs is
used
internally to activate the unit and the
motor fan. 2 additional digital outputs are provided at cus-
tomer terminals XK-K15 and XK-K16 as dry contacts via
coupling relay.
7 analog inputs
•
2 analog outputs
•
1 thermistor input
•
2-wire and 3-wire connection, KTY84-130 / PTC / NTC /
PT100 / PT1000
Serial interface, peer-to-peer RS485
•
Pulse encoder input for actual speed value measurement
•
Track 1 / Track 2 / zero mark / TTL and HTL /
differential inputs
Supply for incremental encoder
•
13.7 V to 15.2 V, 300 mA, short-circuit proof
±10 V for setpoint generator; 10 mA, short-circuit proof
•
24 V for DI/DO; 200 mA, short-circuit proof
•
Depending on the options, these inputs and outputs are used
internally and are therefore not all available to the customer.
See the specific circuit diagram of the purchased system for
the actual use.
