Open the tab.

Insert the plug into the socket and switch on the main switch located
upstream to position "1".
For safety reasons, the user is not allowed to remove any screws from
the grinder. This operation may be carried out by qualified technicians only,
after disconnecting the appliance from the power supply.
For correct overall adjustment of the grinder proceed as follows:
adjust the grind;
adjust the weight of the dose by adjusting the grinding time;
The appliance is already preliminarily adjusted when it leaves the factory, but it may
be necessary to further adjust the degree of grinding due to various external factors,
such as the type of blend used and the coffee machine's temperature or brewing
requirements.
To adjust the grain size of the ground product, press the reference pawl and turn the
adjustment ring nut.
Coarser grain is obtained by turning the ring nut clockwise.

Finer grain is obtained by turning it anti-clockwise.
Grind small quantities of coffee to find the best grain size, allowing the grinding wheels
to empty at each adjustment attempt and opening or closing the hopper tab to stop or
restore the fall of the coffee beans.
If the drink is extracted very quickly, the coffee is ground too coarsely. If, on the other
hand, the extraction is very slow, the coffee is ground too finely. However, it should
be noted that there are many conditions that can influence correct dispensing, such as
dose weight and filter cleaning.
