INSTALLATION
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any personal or material damage
due to improper, incorrect or unreasonable use of the machine.
The machines have been designed and built for use in commercial applications,
e.g. kitchens in restaurants, canteens, hospitals and retail enterprises, such
as bakeries, bars, etc., but not for food mass production processes and
continuous supply.
Any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous.
The machine should only be used for its intended purpose and not for any
other purpose.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge of the appliance.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
PREPARATION
Before plugging in the appliance or switching on the main switch upstream,
make sure the appliance switch is set to "0". Place the hopper into its seat so
that the magnetic sensor allows the appliance to start up.

Operation with filter fork:
The filter holder fork is designed to work with the different
cups found in the most popular coffee machines on the
market. To properly adjust the fork, loosen the adjustment
screws, place the filter holder on top of the filter holder
support, and then tighten the adjustment screws.
The optimum adjustment is one that holds the filter holder in
a horizontal position, allowing the filter holder a minimum of
movement in and out of the fork.
Operation with coffee filter cup:
To insert the coffee filter cup, loosen the adjustment screws,
raise the two filter locking teeth and turn them in the
opposite direction. Put them back into their seats and then
tighten the adjustment screws. Do NOT place the cup on the
forks but position it properly between them.
