Fault report

In the event of a fault, record the current condition of the central inverter.
8.3.1

Recording a fault

Procedure
1. For the time being, leave the central inverter as you found it. Do not
switch the central inverter off.
2. Record the status of the LED indicators on the front door
Use the following terms:
 Flashing quickly
 Flashing slowly
 On
 Off
3. Record messages and fault codes in the logbook for the display
4. Open external disconnectors (DC side, AC side including auxiliary power
supply) and secure them against being switched back on
Meaning
Reversible temporary fault (e.g. grid fault,
temperature too high)
Diagnostics note, e.g. reduction in output due to
high temperature
Grid fault, central inverter is in standby mode
The central inverter waits a few minutes before
switching back on after a grid fault. Connection:
Audible switching of the mains contactor
Insulation fault, e.g. earth fault
Insulation warning, e.g. earth fault
Internal fault: The central inverter switches off.
The central inverter detects that a critical fault
has occurred and remains switched off
permanently.
