Grid Fault
Flashing means that, in a time window of 500 ms, the LED indicator is lit for
250 ms and off for 250 ms.
Slow flashing means that, in a time window of 2 s, the LED indicator is lit
for 80 ms and off for 1920 ms.

3. Check the language setting
