Please note the following here:
The operating area must be dry, clean and free of foreign objects.

Foreign objects such as film, plastic bags and pieces of paper may be
sucked in by the fans, putting the device at risk.
The operating area must be free of combustible or explosive

substances.
6. Check the temperature and humidity
Please note the following here:
T = –20 °C to +50 °C

At T = +45 °C, devices with the level of performance 350 kVA

automatically reduce their output.
 Maximum relative humidity: 95% (non-condensing)

Checking the device fan

Procedure
1. Top of the device: Check the fan set connector
Risk of fatal injury due to high voltages
In photovoltaic systems, voltages of U
I = 800 A can occur. Attempting to work on the product and live
DC
components at these high voltages and current strengths can prove fatal.
When performing work of this nature, please note that the photovoltaic
system's solar generator is always active during daylight hours.
Before starting any work on electrical systems:
 De-energise the system
 Ensure that it is secured against being switched back on
 Verify that the system is fully de-energised
Earth and short-circuit the system

Cover or shield any adjacent live components

2. Open the control cabinet
3. Switch on the auxiliary power supply
Material damage due to contact erosion
The contacts of the contactor are only closed while the actuating
mechanism is powered. A contactor that is not fully (or only belatedly)
actuated may become damaged, which causes contact erosion.
 Actuate contactor Q7 quickly and with adequate force
4. Actuate contactor Q7 rapidly with a solid and fully insulated object
(diameter approx. 0.5 cm)
5. Check whether all the fans in the device have started up immediately
(within 4–8 seconds).
