Note: Before the start of automatic force calibration or the force check may not be
set the servogun mode via BOS6000 to „manual mode" or „force calibration
mode"!
• Start and feedback
The automatic force calibration can be started via the input „Start auto
calibration". This input must remain set to 1 while the whole calibration and
check process. If the input is set to 0 while calibration, the calibration will be
cancelled.
While the calibration weld schedules with no weld will be started.
To it will the weld program used, which is selected at the start of the automatic
calibration.
Alternative the automatic force calibration can be started via the user interface.
In this case it has to be specified a program number.
At the end of the calibration the output "Calibration finished" will be set.
Depending from the result of the calibration simultaneous one of the outputs
"Calibration ok" or "Calibration not ok" will be set.
This feedback outputs remain set until the input "Start auto calibration" is set.
If the calibration in case of error will be cancelled, the outputs "Calibration
finished" and "Calibration not ok" are set until the input "Start auto calibration" is
set.
• Schedule automatic force calibration
Warming-up
o
At the begin of the automatic force calibration the gun will be
warmed up.
To it the parameterized limits „minimal force" and „maximal
force" are traveled, which are the limits for the later calibration.
Preheat
At first some sequences with middle force (average of
„minimal force" and „maximal force" are performed.
(Count of sequences: ¼ of „count of sequences for
warming-up").
Minimal force
The limit value „Minimal force" will be searched and
can be driven reproducible in 3 successively following
sequences (that means within via the parameter
„Maximal force deviation" adjustable limits).
Maximal force
The limit value „Maximal force" will be searched and
can be driven reproducible in 3 successively following
sequences (that means within via the parameter
„Maximal force deviation" adjustable limits).
The maximal „Count of init schedules" is parametrizable.
The warming-up will be finished earlier, as soon as the
„maximal force" 10 time in a row with the same actuating value
has stable reached (that means within the via the parameter
"Maximal force deviation" adjustable limits).
After finding the actuating value for the minimal force
respectively the maximal force (that means deviation less than
the half of the „Maximal force deviation") the respective
actuating value will not be changed.
The auto calibration will be stopped with an error message, if
the required force with this actuating value in the following
sequences cannot be reproduced within the limits "Maximal
force deviation".
While the warming-up the servo gun operation mode will be set
to "Calibration mode".
