10.1.10 Update from Firmware Version –AZ -126
• „Tip setting stroke" replaced with "function stroke"
The function stroke use the parameter of the selected program (force, schedule
times, velocity), to close the gun with force.
The gun can be opened before the end of the programmed schedule times via
the input „Open gun", without that an error messages occures.
• The tip setting stroke can be started via the handheld terminal (since version
203) with selection of a program number.
• With gun data import or while reading of the gun data from GDM the following
actual values of the gun will be reset:
actual position tip-tip (main stroke)
o
actual reference position (gun equalization)
o
Tip-tip position (HH) after last tip change
o
Reference position (ZA) the last tip change
o
Last dressing length (main stroke)
o
Last dressing length (gun equalization)
o
actual position tip-tip clamped (main stroke)
o
Wear of electrodes
o
Geometry wear
o
Mechanical load
o
This update is only in connection with BOS6000 since version V1.47.2 or the
handheld programming terminal VCP since version 203 active.
• Trouble shooting „Communication abort while gun change via HPG"

The parameter „Max. pressure" will be no longer monitored while scaling before
a welding schedule. So that will be prevented, that a force scaling will be
cancelled because of exceeding of this limit.
