The output "Overcurrent on primary side" will be set if the corresponding error
occurs and stays high until the reset of the respective error.
Output "Current sensor error" will be set, if:
• Measuring loop is open
• Short circuit of measuring loop
• Error "current to small" occurs
• Error "current to small consecutively" occurs
• Error "No current l" occurs
• UI-regulation:
- a contact time violation occurs
- a measuring circuit error occurs
- a reference curve error occur
It will stay high until the reset of the respective error.
Output "Voltage sensor error" will be set, if V/C-Measuring is switched on and the
measured voltage is below the limitation.
It will stay high until the reset of the respective error.
The output "Inverter Overtemperature" will be set if the corresponding error
occurs and stays high until the reset of the respective error.
Through the outputs „Geometry", 50% of the difference of the gun geometry from
the desired value is shown.
The output „Tip wear rate" shows the tip wear rate of the fixed electrode arm.
This output is set after the end of a position reset until the input „Request reset
position" is reset to 0.
This output is set after a position reset following a tip dress, if there isn´t a fault
concerning the dressing length or the maximal electrode wear detected.
It will be reset as soon as the input "Request reset position" is reset.
If the buildup of force takes too long during a weld schedule, this output will be set
in conjunction with the schedule abort until the error is reset.
This output will be set if the given target value is out of range.
This output will be set if the gun is hard-steering and this cannot be compensated.
This output will be set if there is a fault during tip dressing (monitoring dressing
length).
This output will be set if the maximal wear of electrodes is reached.
This output will be set if a fault during geometry test occurs or if an electrode
breaks off.
