The error and warning messages to mechanical basic load are
o
not resettable. They will be reset, if with a position reset the
corresponing limits will not be exceeded.
Furthermore the messages will reset with a gun change.
If a gun will be docked again, which limit values for the
mechanical basic load have been exceeded with the last
position reset , then will be also the corresponding message
and corresponding status output set again.
• Updates axis controller firmware –AW/123
Welding, although the opening rate is not sufficient

If while start of a welding sequence the gun is closed too far, to
o
generate a correct friction coefficient calculation, then move the
gun automatic first to the opening width "search area + sheet
thickness", before the gun close for welding.
While tip setting stroke the permitted travel range of the last

"tip/tip position (clamped)"
(that means inclusive beam uparching of the gunarms) +
"max. permitted tip wear" + "max. permitted geometry wear"
(only in connection with timer firmware since version AX/124)
While switching on the timer without docked gun, no longer

occur a drive error F8022 (encoder signal incorrect)
10.1.9 Update from Firmware Version –AY -125
• Upgrade of the UI-controller with the function weld time reduction
• Via the input „Robot automatic" is the switching in the mode „manual" or
„calibration" locked.
• Update Auto calibration:
To avoid errors with force checking, will be ensured, that before start of the auto
calibration the robot operation mode will no be changed to "force calibration
mode". In this case, the auto calibration or force checking will be cancelled with
an error message.
• Trouble shooting „Acknowledge signals auto calibration"
The acknowledge signals for the auto calibration remain so long activated, unitl
„Start auto calibration" will be reset.
• Output „Prewarning gun" will be set for all prewarning status, for which it exist
no separate prewarning outputs.
• Trouble shooting „prewarning geometry wear"
The „prewarning geometry wear" will be reset after the next electrode tip
change.
• Trouble shooting „Restart problems after axis controller firmware update"
Axis controller watchdog error can now no more be reset
o
• Output „Warning lubrication"
• Output „Assembly fault" be cancelled
• Output „With Monitoring" will be set, if the monitoring of the current sensor and
the monitoring of the voltage sensor and the monitoring at least one of the
parameters of limit values are active.
