This output will be set if there is an internal contouring error.
This output will be set if a failure of the gun equalization system occurs.
This output will be set if a failure of the servogun system occurs.

equalization).
Positioning active"
This output will be set, if it will be tried to start a program, which force setpoint is
greater then the gun limit „Maximal force in schedule".
Via this output the timer display the beam uparching, which has to be expected,
when closing the gun with the actual selected weld program.
Resolution: 1mm, valid range 0..15mm.
7.1.14 Mode „manual" / „automatic"
The modes „manual" and „automatic" are switched by the welding user interface
or a hand-held programming terminal.
The outputs „Manual mode ON" and „Automatic mode ON" visualize the present
mode. The output „Positioning active" visualizes the positioning enabling mode.
In this mode, commands initiating a gun movement (e.g. open gun, start welding
schedule) are only accepted from the welding user interface or a hand-held
programming terminal.
Corresponding commands from a robot control via I/O-field will be ignored.

Via the input „Robot automatic" is the switching in the operation mode „manual" or
„Calibration" locked.

7.1.15 Enable positioning

In the „automatic" mode, can with the input „Enable positioning" selected, whether
timer is allowed to accept commands concerning gun movements:
The timer reacts to the inputs
• „Request referencing",
• „Request reset position",
• „Open gun",
• „Start",
• „Jog mode opening stroke",
• „Jog mode closing stroke"
• „Start teaching" and
• „Change gun (disable servo gun control)"
Positioning follows the inputs „Programmed stroke position" if the input
„Programmed stroke position valid" is set.
In this mode, a welding schedule cannot be started.
