overloads occur if the rate of rise of the rLu units exceeds a pre-determined factory set rate. Accidental overload results may occur, e.g. if the sample
chamber is opened while a measurement takes place. In the case of an overload a repeat measurement can be made once the cause has been found.

5.0 PROGRAM MODE

5.01 What is Program Mode and how do I use it
the ProGrAM MoDe of the 3M clean-trace nG Luminometer is used to load the sample plans onto the instrument, to save data and to transfer the
stored data to the Pc. the 3M clean-trace Data trending software must be loaded on the Pc to use the Program Mode. refer to the 3M clean-trace
Data trending software manual to install the software and perform any of the following:
1. Install the 3M clean-trace Data trending software on the Pc.
2. once the software has been installed, set the communication up between the Pc and the 3M clean-trace nG Luminometer.
3. create a sample plan using the 3M clean-trace Data trending software.
4. transfer the sample plan from the Pc to the 3M clean-trace nG Luminometer.
5. transfer stored results from the 3M clean-trace nG Luminometer to the Pc.
once the sample plans have been transferred to the 3M clean-trace nG Luminometer, it is ready to take measurements.
5.02 How to Use Program Mode
From the MAIN MENU, use the navigation buttons to highlight PROGRAM MODE and press Select.
What follows depends on whether user Lists and Passwords have been set up in the 3M clean-trace Data trending software. If user Passwords have
been set up there will be a prompt for a username and the relevant Password.
use the navigation buttons to highlight the correct user name and press Select.
buttons to select each digit and press Select to enter.
there will then be a prompt for a four digit numeric password. use the navigation
