Installation
• If the reserve input is to be supplied separately, connect reserve line to
the mains2 terminals.
• If the UPS is supplied by a common mains connect a jumper between
terminal L1 (mains1) and L (reserve/mains 2).
Preparing single mode / parallel mode:
• If UPS is to be operated as single unit connect a 10 mm
between S1 and S2.
• If UPS is to be operated as parallel unit ensure that no jumper is
connected between S1 / S2.
External tower batteries for 6 kVA, 10 kVA

Above battery cabinets (1 or 2 pieces) can be connected to Linear Plus 6 or
10kVA. A connection cable between battery and UPS device Linear Plus is
part of each battery cubicle. Plug this cable into the cubicle and UPS battery
sockets. If your UPS has an integrated battery, a compensating current may
occur during connection.
