7.5.1 Sweep
Start the engine and let it warm up.

Switch on e function „eco".

All required sweeping functions are activated.
or:
Switch on the work hydraulics PTO with switch (6).

Switch on switch (5) for lowering the suction mouth.

Switch on switch (10) suction blower.

Push the joystick (3) towards the front.

The left and right side brush are lowered and switched
on.
Optional: The right side brush can be separately acti-
vated with the joystick (4).
When sweeping dry dust-raising waste: Switch on

switch (2) water pump.
Optional: Switch on water circulation system (9) if nec-
essary.

Emptying waste container

DANGER
Risk of injury! While reversing, ensure that there is nobody
in the way, ask them to move if somebody is around.
Danger of tipping. Empty waste container only while the
appliance is on stabile ground, which is tilted neither to the
rear nor the side.
Maintain the required safety distance while emptying on
dumps or ramps.
Risk of accident! When emptying the waste container, the
travel direction lever must be in the NEUTRAL position -
central position.
Risk of injury! Switch off the suction turbine before empty-
ing the waste container.
Risk of injury! When emptying the waste container, care
should be taken to ensure that no persons or animals are
within its swivelling range.
Danger of crushing! Never reach into the rod assembly for
the drainage mechanism.
NOTICE
Always raise the waste container completely up to the end
position.
For raising and emptying the waste container the switching
valve must be in the "Waste container" position (see Chap-
ter Switchover waste container/attachment frame tilting").
Stop vehicle.

Set the travel direction lever to the NEUTRAL position

- central position
Switch on the work hydraulics PTO with switch (6).

Raise left and right brush, in order to do so, pull the joy-

stick (3) towards the back.
Switch off the water pump with switch (2).

Wait for approx. 20 seconds.

Switch off suction turbine using switch (5).

The switch for emptying the waste container is located to
the right of the driver seat.
1 Lower waste container into initial position
2 Raise and empty waste container
3 Switch lever in "Empty waste container" position

Turn off device

Stop vehicle.

Set the travel direction lever to the NEUTRAL position

- central position
Note
In this position the parking brake is automatically ap-
plied, the vehicle does not drive.
Raise left and right brush, in order to do so, pull the joy-

stick (3) towards the back.
Switch off the water pump with switch (2).

Wait for approx. 20 seconds.

Switch off suction turbine using switch (5).

Switch off PTO.

or
Switch off e function „eco".

All sweeping functions are deactivated.
Let the engine idle for 1 to 2 minutes.

Turn ignition key to "STOP" and remove it.

Turn the main switch to position 0.

Note
Wait for 30 seconds to allow the engine control unit
storage process to complete before actuating the main
switch.

Remove/attach attachments

WARNING
Rear attachments and load statuses have an impact on the
vehicle's centre of gravity and thus on the driving charac-
teristics.
In the case of modifications, particularly when converting
from winter to summer operation and in the case of
changeable load statuses, the driver must adjust to
changed driving characteristics.
Particularly when transporting fluids, additional surge
movements can occur which rock the vehicle.
