Note
Engine speed automatically increases to 1600 rpm. A
"high pressure" symbol appears in the display.
Release the trigger gun.
Press the lever on the hand spray gun and begin cleaning.
For first use or when the water reservoir is empty, the high-
pressure cleaner must be vented:
Operate the high-pressure cleaner without the nozzle
until there is no more air in the system.
7.2.5.3
Shutting down
Close the hand spray gun.
Switch off the high-pressure cleaner with the switch on
the right of the driver's seat.
Switch off the working hydraulic.
Activate trigger gun until device is pressure-less.
Press the safety lever of the trigger gun to secure the
lever of the pistol against being released accidentally.
Fasten and secure the trigger gun with spray lance and
high-pressure hose in storage.
If the high-pressure cleaner is not needed, for example
during winter operation (spreading salt and other work):
Blow out the system with compressed air - see chapter
"Frost protection".
Remove the high-pressure gun with spray lance and
high-pressure hose from the device.
Take off the device cover (3 quick fasteners) and close
the high-pressure output with the protective part intend-
ed for it.

4 Fixing the water supply hose
Disconnect the water inlet at the GEKA connection.
Close the water inlet for the high-pressure pump.
Fix (store) the water supply hose of the water reservoir
under the waste container.
7.2.6
Care and maintenance
7.2.6.1
Before each use
Check all hydraulic hoses and connections and ensure
that they are leak-proof.
Check the high pressure hose for damages (risk of
bursting).
Please arrange for the immediate exchange of a dam-
aged high-pressure hose.
Check appliance (pump) for leaks.
3 drops per minute are permitted and can come out
from the lower side of the appliance. Call Customer
Service if there is heavy leakage.
7.2.6.2
Weekly
NOTICE
To read the oil level or clean the water screen, remove the
device cover (3 quick fasteners).
Read the oil level when the device is on a flat surface.
The oil level must be in the middle of the sight glass.
Please contact Customer Service immediately if the oil
is milky (water in oil).
Clean the sieve in the water connection.
Unpressurize the appliance.
Unscrew lid with filter.
Clean the filter with clean water or compressed air.
Reinstall in reverse sequence.
7.2.6.3
Yearly or after 500 operating hours
Oil change.
See "Technical Details" for details of oil quantity and type.
Get customer service to change the oil.
7.2.6.4
Frost protection
CAUTION
Frost will destroy the not completely water drained device.
Store the appliance in a frost free area.
If frost-free storage is not possible:
Shut off water supply.
Operate device for max. 1 minute until the pump and
conduits are empty.
Blow the high-pressure pump, supply hose, water filter
and high-pressure hose out with compressed air.
7.2.7
Troubleshooting
DANGER
Prior to any work on the device, switch off the device and
remove the ignition key.
Get the electrical components checked and repaired only
by authorised customer service persons.
Contact an authorised customer service person in case of
problems not mentioned in this chapter or if you are in
doubt or when you have been explicitly asked to do so.
7.2.7.1
Appliance is not running
Switch on the work hydraulics and high-pressure
switch.
7.2.7.2
Pressure does not build up in the appliance
Fill the water reservoir
Clean sieve in the water inlet, check the water flow.
Check/replace high-pressure nozzle.
7.2.7.3
Pump leaky
3 drops per minute are permitted and can come out from
the lower side of the appliance. Call Customer Service if
there is heavy leakage.
7.2.7.4
Pump is vibrating
Check water flow; switch on/off the appliance again.
Contact Customer Service if needed.
