11.2.2 Removing/attaching the radiator grille
11.2.2.1 Removing the radiator grille
Lift the top of the radiator grille.

Ease out lower part.

Remove the radiator grille towards the bottom.

11.2.2.2 Attaching the radiator grille
Snap the radiator grille into place at the bottom and

then fold it in at the top.

11.3 Maintenance intervals

ATTENTION
Have service and maintenance work performed in accord-
ance with the accompanying inspection list (ICL) at speci-
fied maintenance intervals by the authorised Kärcher
customer service.
In order to safeguard warranty claims, all service and
maintenance work during the warranty period must be car-
ried out by the authorised Kärcher Customer Service in ac-
cordance with the maintenance booklet.
11.3.1 Daily before starting operations
See chapter "Prior to start/safety test".

11.3.2 After each vehicle wash
Grease all bearings that are marked with an "*" under

"Maintenance tasks/vehicle".
11.3.3 As required
Safety inspection according to local regulations by cus-

tomer service.

11.3.4 Maintenance table

The following service and maintenance tasks must be per-
formed by the customer.
Grease all bearings that are marked with an "*"
under "Maintenance tasks/vehicle".
Check the smooth running of the Bowden ca-
bles and the moveable parts
Check the side-brushes and suction opening
for wear and wrapped belts (for sweepers).
If the machine was operated with the water cir-
culation system turned off (option), clean the
filter and the valve of the water circulation sys-
tem to ensure a safe function of the water cir-
culation system and to prevent damage.
Check rollers on the suction opening to see
that they move easily (for sweepers).
Check the spray pattern of the spray nozzles
for the brush water supply and in the suction
mouth. Clean or replace the nozzles as need-
ed (for sweepers).
Check hoses and clamps.
Check coolant hoses.
Clean the radiator laminations of the water
cooler, oil cooler and air conditioning system.
Check the V-belt and V-belt tension.
Check drum brake for function and setting.
Check the engine air filter
Clean the radiator grill.
Check air-conditioning.
Check the exhaust system.
Clean blower chamber.
Clean waste container and cover.
