11.4.18 Flush the water circulation system
(option)
Disconnect the hose coupling of water circulation sys-
tem.
Connect the water supply hose to the water circulation
system and flush it.
When flushing the end toward the suction pipe, set the
irrigation switch to water circulation system.
11.4.19 Empty the water reservoir (for sweepers).
Open the valve and switch the brush water supply on
for a few seconds.
Store the appliance with the valve open.
11.4.20 Clean the water filter (for sweepers)
Raise waste container with attachment frame, see
Chapter "Switchover waste container/attachment
frame tilting".
Unscrew the filter casing.
Clean water filter.
Insert cleaned filter, ensure correct seating.
Reposition the filter casing and tighten it.
11.4.21 Cleaning the spray nozzles on the side-
brushes (for sweepers)
Uninstall spray nozzles and clean them by means of
brush/compressed air.
Clean spray nozzles from the outside by means of
brush/compressed air.
11.4.22 Rinse the spray nozzles in the suction
opening (for sweepers).
Uninstall spray nozzles and clean them by means of
brush/compressed air.
Clean spray nozzles from the outside by means of
brush/compressed air.
11.4.23 Replacing/adjusting brush of the
sweeping system
1 Nut (4x)
2 Brush, right
3 Lateral screws
4 Rear screws
5 Sweeping track
Unscrew the nuts and remove the brush. Reuse the
nuts for new brush.
Tighten the new brush in the position shown.
11.4.23.1 Adjust sweping track
The sweeping level should look like it is shown in the il-
lustration.
The adjustment is to be made at the lateral and rear
screws.

11.5 Cleaning

WARNING
Risk of personal injury or damage!
Always apply and secure the safety support with the tilt-
ing device raised.
Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Turn ignition key to "STOP" and remove it.
Activate parking brake.
Note
If the motor is off, it is automatically applied.
Turn the main switch to position 0.
11.5.1 Cleaning the vehicle
Clean vehicle daily after finishing work.
CAUTION
Risk of damage!
Be careful when using high-pressure cleaners for
cleaning!
Articulated joint, tyres, radiator fins, hydraulic hoses
and valves, seals and electric and electronic compo-
nents must not be cleaned with the high-pressure
cleaner.
When cleaning the vehicle with a high-pressure clean-
er, the respective safety instructions must be observed.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Only wash the vehicle while the motor is switched off to
protect the air filter.
Check the vehicle for oil and fuel leaks to prevent fires.
Get customer service to fix the leaks.
Check front power lifter for ease of movement (raising
and lowering).
To avoid fires, keep the engine, muffler, battery and
fuel tank free of plant residue and oil.
Check motor for soiling; if necessary, clean by means
of a brush, compressed air or low water pressure
11.5.2 Clean the radiator
Remove the radiator grille, see Chapter "Removing the
radiator grille"
Check radiator and radiator grille for soiling.
Remove large object by hand.
Remove soiling by means of a soft brush, compressed
air (max. 5 bar) or low water pressure.
11.5.3 Clean the hydraulic oil cooler and the
radiator
The hydraulic oil cooler is located to the left of the radiator
(in the direction of travel).
A dirty radiator will easily cause overheating: Always
keep the radiator grill, suction grill and the blower free
of damage, grass clippings, dust, etc.
