4. How to Acquire PANO Images

Start patient positioning when the equipment stops moving after clicking confirm.
Normal and Insight PAN Mode

Follow the steps below to position the patient.
Remove all metal objects that the patient wears.

Ask the patient to wear a lead apron. If necessary, help the patient to put on

Use the column up/down button to adjust the column's height for the patient.

Do not guide the patient into the X-ray room while the
equipment is moving.
By default, the chinrest up/down button is deactivated
when acquiring a PANO image.
Use special bite B to capture a normal and Insight PAN
image for the edentulous patients,
Metal objects can cause ghosts or shadows on the
X-ray image and lower the image quality.
Ensure that the patient does not collide with the
equipment while in motion.
