When plugged in, the device emits an acoustic signal and the on/off switch lights up – the

device is ready for use.
Setting up the device:
Place the device on a stable, heat-resistant, flat surface.

Maintain sufficient distance from walls and other objects to ensure air circulation is not
–
impaired and to prevent damage due to heat and steam: Side clearance: approx. 10 cm,
top clearance: approx. 60 cm.
This device is not suitable for installation!
When setting up the appliance, keep in mind that the drying process takes several hours.

Before first use:
Clean all parts as described under "Maintenance and Care" before using the device for the
–
first time.
Before starting the first drying cycle, let the appliance run empty for approximately 30
–
minutes at maximum temperature. A slight odor may develop due to manufacturing
reasons. This is normal and will disappear after the motor has been running for a while.
Ensure adequate ventilation in the room.
Wash the levels and lid again, dry them thoroughly and reassemble the device.

The device may only be operated if it has been correctly assembled!
Fill the drying trays with prepared fruit, vegetables, herbs, etc. (see following paragraphs).

Stack the drying trays on the base of the appliance.

Place the lid on the top tier.

Place the motor unit on the center of the lid.
–
Connect the device to the power supply.

Turn the device on using the on/off switch. The fan starts running and "50°C" appears on
–
the display.
Select the desired temperature:
–
Touch the "SET" field – the temperature display flashes.

The temperature control range is between 35°C and 70°C.
Each touch increases or decreases the temperature by 1°C.
If you touch the field constantly, the temperature will change quickly.
