11.7 Mounting the carriage

• Carefully slide the carriage onto the
guide rail.
11.8 Mounting the end block,
drive end
• Push the end block about 50 mm onto
the tie rods.
• Thread the toothed belt (1) through the
end block.
• Move the carriage up to the end of the
frame.
• Screw the toothed belt to the carriage
using a clamping fixture (2), supporting
the clamping fixture with one hand.
Make sure the toothed belt (1)
engages in the slots in the sealing
strips (3).
• Slide the carriage back a little.
• Then push the end block up to the
frame.
• Slip on the end plate and screw in
place with the fixing nuts.

11.7 Montage du plateau
• Introduire prudemment le plateau sur
les rails de guidage.
11.8 Montage de la tête d'extré-
mité côté entraînement
• Introduire la tête d'extrémité sur 50 mm
env. sur les tiges de fixation.
• Introduire la courroie (1) à travers la
tête d'extrémité.
• Pousser le plateau vers l'extrémité du
corps principal.
• Fixer la courroie crantée avec les pièces
de bridage (2) sur le plateau en mainte-
nant la pièce de bridage d'une main.
S'assurer que la courroie crantée
(1) agit bien sur les rainures des réglettes
d'étanchéité (3).
• Repousser un peu le plateau.
• Introduire ensuite la tête d'extrémité
jusqu'au corps principal.
• Mettre la plaque d'extrémité en place
et la fixer à l'aide des écrous de fixation.

11.7 Montare la tavola

• Infilare con cautela la tavola sulla
rotaia.
11.8 Montare la testata d'estre-
mità lato azionamento
• Spingere di circa 50 mm la testata sui
tiranti.
• Inserire la cinghia dentata (1) attraverso
la testata d'estremità.
• Posizionare la tavola fino all'estremità
del profilato di base.
• Avvitare la cinghia dentata alla tavola
con elemento di fissaggio (2) tenendolo
di sotto con una mano.
Far attenzione a che la cinghia
dentata (1) si inserisca nelle scanalature
dei listelli di tenuta (3).
• Spingere nuovamente indietro la tavola.
• Poi posizionare la testata contro il pro-
filato di base.
• Infilare la piastra d'estremità ed avvitare
saldamente con i dadi di bloccaggio.
