Mounting the motor to MKR 15-65:

• Apply a little grease from the gear to
the sealing lip and the seal seat (1).
• Carefully insert the motor with mount-
ed socket (2) into the planetary gear
toothing. Take care not to damage
the sealing lip and the gearwheels.
• Screw the motor down onto the motor
mount (3).
• For test run, see start-up ! 7.
6.2 Mounting the motor to
MKR 20-80, MLR 10-80,
MKR 25-110, MLR 10-110
F The gear is pre-assembled in for
motor attachment. The socket is integ-
rated in the gear flange.
F The motor should be installed verti-
cally to avoid stresses due to the motor's
weight.
F The axial force on the socket may
not exceed the values given in the table,
otherwise the motor or the gear may be
damaged!
• Turn the socket (4) until the set screw
(5) is accessible through the hole in
the adapter plate (6).
• Loosen the set screw (5).
• Carefully insert the motor into the
socket in the adapter plate.
• Screw the motor down onto the adap-
ter plate.
• Tighten set screw (5) to tightening
torque M .

• Close the hole with plug (7).

Montage du moteur sur le
MKR 15-65 :
• Graisser légèrement la lèvre d'étan-
chéité et le siège avec de la graisse
provenant du réducteur (1).
• Introduire prudemment le moteur avec
la douille d'embrochement (2) montée
dans la denture de l'engrenage plané-
taire. S'assurer que ni la lèvre ni les
pignons ne sont endommagés.
• Fixer le moteur sur le flasque moteur (3).
• Service d'essai, voir « Mise en service ».

6.2 Montage du moteur sur les
MKR 20-80, MLR 10-80,
MKR 25-110, MLR 10-110
F Le réducteur est prémonté pour le
montage du moteur. La douille d'embro-
chement est intégrée dans le flasque du
réducteur.
F Le moteur doit être monté en posi-
tion verticale pour éviter les tensions dues
à son poids.
F La force axiale exercée sur la douille
d'embrochement ne doit pas dépasser les
valeurs indiquées dans le tableau, faute de
quoi le moteur ou le réducteur peut être
endommagé !
• Faire tourner la douille d'embroche-
ment (4) jusqu'à ce que la vis sans tête
(5) puisse être atteinte par le trou de la
plaque d'adaptation (6).
• Desserrer la vis sans tête (5).
• Introduire prudemment le moteur dans
la douille d'embrochement et dans la
plaque d'adaptation.
• Fixer le moteur sur la plaque d'adapta-
tion.
• Serrer la vis sans tête (5) au couple de
serrage M .
