12.4 Replacing the carriage

Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• Remove the fixing bolt (1) from the
frame.
• Carefully pull the old carriage out of
the frame.
Mounting a new carriage
• Carefully slide the carriage with the
cam rollers onto the steel shafts in the
frame.
F If necessary, use an Allen key to
adjust the eccentric cam rollers (2) for
easier insertion.
Preloading the cam rollers
• Use an Allen key to adjust the eccentric
cam rollers (3) with zero clearance
against the steel shafts.
• Check breakaway force with a spring
balance (4). Rated force = 10 N.
• Hold the spigots of the cam rollers in
place (3) and tighten the socket nut
with a face wrench (5).

12.4 Echange du plateau
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique avant le démontage !
• Retirer l'axe de fixation (1) du corps
principal.
• Retirer prudemment l'ancien plateau
du corps principal.
Montage du nouveau plateau
• Introduire avec précaution le plateau
avec les galets sur les arbres d'acier
dans le corps principal.
F Desserrer éventuellement les galets
excentrés (2) à l'aide d'une clé six pans
pour faciliter l'introduction.
Précharge des galets
• Régler les galets excentrés (3) sans jeu
à l'aide d'une clé six pans.
• Vérifier la force d'arrachement à l'aide
d'une jauge dynamométrique (4).
Valeur théorique = 10 N.
• Maintenir les axes des galets (3) et ser-
rer l'écrou à 6 pans creux à l'aide d'une
clé à ergots (5).

12.4 Sostituire la tavola

Prima di procedere allo smontag-
gio staccare la corrente!
• Togliere l'asse di fissaggio (1) dal pro-
filato di base.
• Sfilare con cautela la vecchia tavola dal
profilato.
Montare la nuova tavola
• Infilare con cautela la tavola con le
rotelle sugli alberi in acciaio alloggiati
nel profilato di base.
F Eventualmente usare una chiave per
viti a testa cava esagonale per registrare le
rotelle (2) con perno eccentrico in modo da
agevolare l'inserimento.
Precaricare le rotelle
• Con una chiave per viti a testa cava
esagonale registrare le rotelle (3) con
perno eccentrico senza gioco rispetto
agli alberi in acciaio.
• Controllare la forza d'attrito volvente
allo spunto con un dinamometro (4).
Valore nominale = 10 N.
• Tenere fermi i perni delle rotelle (3) e
serrare la ghiera filettata con chiave a
becchi (5).
